Cardiovascular activity helps with your blood flow, which you brain needs in order to work well. You can do at least 30 minutes per day. Choose from a variety of exercises. If you don't have too much time, try doing a HITT workout.
Play memory games for brain health.
Try to challenge your memory often by playing memory games and other mentally challenging activities. This helps ensure adequate supply of blood and oxygen to the brain.
Watch your heart health and blood pressure.
Taking care of heart and keeping the cholesterol and blood pressure in check also helps in clearing the arteries of any blocks to allow good flow of blood.
