REFUND POLICY

SEMINARS| For all courses, we will issue a full refund if the registered student provides a written request prior to the start of the course.

Email is preferred. Request sent through regular mail must be post marked prior to the start of the course.

Cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the initial scheduled seminar date will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be applied to cancellations received after this date or cancellations made on transferred registrations.

If the student attends the first class, but does not attend the following classes, no refunds of any kind will be issued. We will reschedule the student to the next available course if the student misses more than one class, at the instructor’s discretion.

PASS GUARANTEE

Our warranty is good for 6 months unless score report shows progress or attempts of progress on the state license exam.

Exams must be taken within 90 days of seminars– Warranty will void if last attempt is longer than 90 days.

All return students: If reserving a seat but does not attend, the warranty voids unless a 7-day notice is sent in writing by email. (No exceptions)

Warranty voids when: Student is not fully attentive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leaves before 5 pm, exam is taken after 90 days of seminar, if student does not return to reserved refresher seminar.

Inclement Weather

We will reschedule all students for the next available course in the event of inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather, we will attempt to contact students through email and at the phone number provided during registration. We will issue a full refund if the student provides written request 3 days prior to the start of the rescheduled course.

Instructor “No-Shows”

Accidents and emergencies happen, in the event of an instructor no-show, we will reschedule all students for the next available course. In the event the instructor is unable to attend and a replacement instructor is not available, we will attempt to contact students through email and at the phone number provided during registration prior to the start of class. We will issue a full refund if the student provides written request 7 days prior to the start of the rescheduled course.

Insufficient Enrollment

We will reschedule all students for the next available course in the event of insufficient enrollment. In the event of insufficient enrollment, we will attempt to contact students through email and at the phone number provided during registration 24 hours prior to the start of class. We will issue a full refund including deposit if the student provides written request prior to the start of the rescheduled course.

Check In- Seminar

Please refer to your registration confirmation for check-in times. Please have a valid state issued ID and electrician card ready when checking into the seminar. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in so that the class may begin on time.

Confirmation of Registration

Seating is reserved for all registrations forms (electronic or physical) received with payment or a non-refundable deposit. You will receive 3 e-mails following registration. The first email is your receipt, the second is your registration confirmation and the third will be a confirmation sent directly from the instructor with class location, hours and a list of items to take to the seminar. If you do not receive your confirmation emails, please  email us at contact@texaselectricalexam.com to confirm your registration.

Transfer/Cancellation

Seminar transfer requests received by noon one business day prior to the initial scheduled seminar date will be processed at no charge. Seminar transfer requests received after this time will be charged a fee equal to 75% of the original seminar registration. Cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the initial scheduled seminar date will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be applied to cancellations received after this date or cancellations made on transferred registrations. Seminar transfer and cancellation policies are subject to change without notice.

Tape Recording

No cameras, phones, voice recorders or any sort of recording device will be permitted in the seminar. No exceptions.
